Tip Tuesday: What NOT to do in an Interview

With interview season gearing back up we’ve been sharing a lot of advice with students on how to rock their interview. Today we wanted to bring back a previous post about what NOT to do in an interview. Enjoy!

I’m typically telling students about tips and tricks to ace their job and internship interviews. There are a bounty of top ten lists of questions to ask, information to research, and how to follow up afterwards. While it’s always helpful to understand how to successfully interview, it can be just as important to know what NOT to do.

As the semester is winding down enjoy this great example of things you should NEVER do in an interview for some good tips and some great laughs!

Have an interviewing coming up soon? In addition to NOT copying this interview example, check out the “Interviewing” tab of the Career Services resource page for some information to help you prepare!
